1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Bin.It. iOS application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Bin.It. Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides the App subject to your compliance with these terms.

2. User Accounts

Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Bin.It.
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person (no shared accounts)

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Acceptable Use

When using Bin.It., you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful environmental cleanup activities
• Respect private property and follow local regulations
• Report cleanup data honestly and accurately
• Treat other users with respect in community features

You agree NOT to:

• Falsify cleanup data or manipulate the points system
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Points and Rewards

• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold
• We reserve the right to modify the points system at any time
• Fraudulent activity will result in point forfeiture and account termination
• Partner rewards are subject to partner terms and availability
• We are not responsible for partner reward fulfillment

5. Safety and Liability

• Use appropriate safety equipment when collecting trash
• Do not handle hazardous materials
• Be aware of your surroundings and local conditions
• Bin.It. is not liable for injuries or damages during cleanup activities
• You participate in cleanups at your own risk

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Bin.It. app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Bin.It. Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting content (photos, reviews, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Bin.It. service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BINIT INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
